Local Rules

  1. Out of Bounds (Rule 27)
    a) Beyond any fences or dykes marking the boundaries of the course.
    b) On the surrounds of the Clubhouse, Golf Shop or Car Park area.
    c) In the practice area to the left of the first hole.
    d) Practice area left of 17th & 18th fairways.
  2. Water Hazards (Rule 26)
    Water hazards are defined by yellow stakes and lateral water hazards are defined by red stakes
  3. Ground Under Repair (Rule 25-1)
    a) All signed areas enclosed by white lines.
    b) All newly turfed or seeded areas (excluding re-seeded divots).
    c) Tractor ruts on fairways.
  4. Moveable Obstructions (Rule 24-1)
    a) Stones in bunkers are moveable obstructions.
    b) Marker and distance pole.
  5. Immovable Obstructions (Rule 24-2)
    a) Automatic Watering System.
    b) All trees with painted stakes.
    c) Greenkeepers accommodation.
    d) All artificially surfaced roads and paths.
  6. Any Temporary Local Rules defined on the Notice Board.
    Penalty for breach of a Local Rule
    Match Play – loss of hole
    Stroke Play – 2 strokes
